Scheduled Caste Students of Class-1, 2 and 3 taken by UPSC / GPSC / State Commission / Bank / LIC / Secondary Service Selection Board / District Panchayat Selection Board A maximum of Rs. Assistance up to Rs. 20,000 / – is provided.
The Union Home Ministry has issued new guidelines under Unlock 2 to give more relaxation in areas other than the Containment Zones.
Earlier on June 30, under lock 1, the lockdown imposed due to corona crisis was relaxed.
What are the highlights of Unlock 2.0 -
Domestic flights were already introduced in limited numbers, but now they will be expanded.
Night curfew has been relaxed. Now the curfew will remain from 10 am to 5 am. At night, only industrial units and vehicles, trains and aircraft carrying essential goods will be allowed to move.
Shops may allow more than five people to come to their homes simultaneously, depending on the space available to them, though all have to maintain proper physical distance.
Training institutes of the central and state governments will open from July 15, separate detailed guidelines will be given in this regard.
After discussion with the states and union territories, it has been decided to keep schools, colleges and coaching institutes closed till 31 July.
International air travel was started in limited number under 'Vande Bharat Mission', now it will be extended in a planned manner.
Where the hold will continue
Outside the Containment Zones, all the activities below will be stopped, the remaining activities will continue-
1. Metro Rail
2. Cinema hall, gym, swimming pool, amusement park, theater, bar, auditorium, assembly hall and other such places.

The date of starting all these will be decided separately after assessing the situation.
