State Home Department has issued guidelines on Holi-Dhuleti. Holi rituals are exempted and the celebration of Dhuleti is banned. The guideline states that people gather in large numbers in societies, roads, naks, public places, open fields and roads for these festivals. A large number of tha  aggregates is a likely to increase coronary infection.

Therefore, given the current state of corona in the state, Holi can be lit with traditionally limited people in connection with the festival of Holi, and rituals can be performed with the circumambulation of Holi. Therefore crowd gathering in Holi Dahan program is prohibited. Organizers need to be vigilant to strictly follow Corona's guidelines. There is also a ban on the public celebration-group event on Dhuleti Day. Crucially, the celebration of Dhuleti has been banned due to increasing cases of corona.

A few days ago, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel clarified about Holi-Dhuletti and said that a meeting chaired by the Chief Minister has decided on Holi-Dhuleti. On Holi, religiously only Holi will be allowed to be lit. A limited number of people are allowed to gather for this Holi Dahan of the religious festival. In the celebration of Holi, the crowd is not allowed to paint in the dust. Holi-Dhuleti small and big or public festival celebrations will not be allowed. He said, "I believe that the a citizens of the state are a aware that no one will play Holi unless there is an infection for Corona."
