First of all, cyber mafias call customers. Later the customer is told that the electricity bill is yet to be processed. The customer is tricked as having made the payment but it doesn't show online. The scammer asks the customer to download the TeamViewer app. Later, if the customer downloads the TeamViewer app, his mobile gets control. Later the customer is forced to make an online payment. TeamViewer password gives fraudsters access to all customer details.
