- Navik (General Duty). 10 + 2 passed with Board of Council for School Education (COBSE) with a Maths and Physics from Board of Education.
- Navik (Domestic Branch). 10th class passed by the Board of Education recognized by the Board of Council for School Education (COBSE).
- Mechanical. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio / Power) Engineering passed 10th standard from an Education Board recognized by the Board of Council for School Education (COBSE) and approved by All India Council for the Technical Education (AICTE).
Note: Education boards listed in the COBSE website will be considered by the date of registration.
Age Range:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 22 years
Examination Fee:

Eligibility
- Height: Minimum 157 cm
- Chest: Should be well proportioned. Minimum extension 5 cm
- Weight: + 10 percent in proportion to height and age
- Hearing: normal
- Visual standard: 6/36 better eye to 6/36 worse eye
