• General Medicine: 01 post

Total Posts: 20
educational qualification:
1) Senior Residents: MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in specialty related to Government recognized Universities / Colleges.
2) Specialist: PG Degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with minimum 3 years experience after obtaining PG Degree / PG Diploma with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant specialty after obtaining PG Diploma.
3) Super Specialists: DM / DNB in Neurology / Gastroenterology with 03 years experience.
Age limit: 45 years resident and 67 years specialist or super specialist.

how to apply ?:
• The duly filled and eligible candidates of the application form (Annexure-A) should appear for the walk-in-interview along with their application along with the original certificates and self-attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualification. A set. , Effort, mark sheet, degree, MCI / state registration, category and experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photographs. Applicants are advised to report to the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) by 11:00 am on the interview dates, after which any application received will not be considered.
Selection Process: Selection based on Final Interview.
Application fee:
300 / - as Demand Draft / Bankers Check payable in favor of ESI Fund A / C No.1 'payable at Ahmedabad. SC / ST / PH and women candidates are exempted from this payment of fees. Will not be entertained by any other payment method.
