- Pinched turmeric
- Two green chillies
- Half teaspoon cumin
- Seeds -Half teaspoon singoda flour
- One teaspoon chopped coriander
- One teaspoon curd
- One teaspoon lemon juice
- One teaspoon oil
- Pa cup sweet neem
- Salt to taste
To prepare raw bananas, first peel them, cut them and soak them in salt water. Doing so will not change its color. Now soak it in turmeric water and boil it. Boil the banana until soft. Yes, but be careful not to inedible it. Now drain the excess water from the banana and keep it aside. In a mixing bowl add curd, turmeric and salt and mix well. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. When the cumin seeds turn red, add sweet neem and green chillies and saute. After frying for a few seconds, add the curd mixture. Once the waghar is well mixed in the curd, add the banana and mix well. Switch off the gas when all the spices are coated on the bananas. Now add coriander, shingoda flour and lemon juice to it and mix well. Serve the vegetable hot. Consuming this cruciferous vegetable during fasting increases stamina.
