Shakeel Badauni, who was involved in lions-shayari since childhood, was born in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh in August 1916. Although Shakeel's real name was Ghaffar Ahmed, but he was identified as Shakeel Badauni. At the age of 13, Shakeel wrote his first Ghazal.

His first Ghazal was published in the then famous newspaper 'Shane Hind'. After the first Ghazal was published in 1930, this series of Shakeel Badauni started which lasted till the last stage of age.

He got his admission in 1936 in Aligarh Muslim University. After this, he started participating in Mushayars. After completing his studies in Aligarh, Shakeel Badauni started working in a government job. But his heart was made for lions and poetry. In such a situation, where could he stay away from the then Bombay. In 1944, he reached Ab Ki Mumbai and then got a chance to work with composer Naushad Saheb.

People still listen to the evergreen songs of Shakeel Badauni. 'Nanha Munna Rahi Hoon Desh Ka Sipahi Hoon' and 'Chaudhvi Ka Chand Ho Ya Aftab Ho' are the songs that people still hum. In fact, Shakeel believed that there is a lot of difference between his life and his poetry. However, Shakeel has been awarded the Filmfare Award three times for his songs.

Mass Promotion in Std. 1 to 8 is not even considered: Govt. Ahmedabad, Sunday Due to Corona, annual examinations could not be taken in the last academic year. It is yet to be decided when the schools will reopen. Against which the government has clarified that there is no consideration of mass promotion at present.

 As it is uncertain to open primary schools, following the presentation made by the Board of Guardians, the clarification of the Education Department should be given to the Government by the All Gujarat Board of Governors. He made a written representation on the issue and demanded a discussion on social media about the mass promotion. 

Regarding the presentation of the news, the Board of Guardians said today that the education department has opened schools and clarified that the mass in Std. 1 to 8 is uncertain and there is no promotion at the primary level. The schools will not reopen until the vaccine arrives. When it does not seem to be under the consideration of the state government, there is no such thing at present in Std. 1 to 8 examination. So that by postponing all the students, the parents will not be misled. Share

The base year will be 2018. If this happens then the DA will increase. This will benefit 3 lakh central employees and 20 lakh central employees. There will be a direct increase in the salaries of the employees. The massive pay hike for all state government employees will come from a decision by Modi's BJP government at the Center. Ordinary people in the country, on the other hand, are suffering from inflation and unemployment.

The base year change has a direct effect on DA. There is a big difference between the prices of items from 8 or 10 years ago and the prices of items from the current New Year. Union Labor and Employment Minister Santosh Kumar Gangwar may announce the new CPI-IW index on October 31. 

This is the support of the government for the calculation of inflation allowance i.e. DA. The increase in DA has been postponed till June 2021 as the government's revenue is declining. At present employees are given an expensive allowance of only 15%. The change in the base year will also increase the minimum wage for private sector workers. In March 2020, the DA of employees has been increased by 3%. Therefore, an employee got an average financial benefit of Rs 1.5 lakh
