Indian Post Office Bharti 2024: માટે, ઉમેદવારોએ માન્ય બોર્ડ અથવા શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાંથી ધોરણ 10 પાસ કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ. ઉપરાંત, ઉમેદવારો પાસે લાઇટ અને હેવી મોટર વાહન ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ હોવું આવશ્યક છે. અને ઓછામાં ઓછો 3 વર્ષનો ડ્રાઇવિંગ અનુભવ હોવો જોઈએ. ઉમેદવારોને મોટર સિસ્ટમ અને મિકેનિઝમનું સામાન્ય જ્ઞાન પણ હોવું જોઈએ.

• પરીક્ષાના તમામ પ્રશ્નો ઓબ્જેક્ટિવ અને OMR શીટ પર આધારિત હશે.
• પરીક્ષામાં કુલ 80 ગુણના પ્રશ્નો પૂછવામાં આવશે.
• ખોટા જવાબ માટે 0.33 ગુણ કાપવામાં આવશે.

પસંદ કરાયેલા ઉમેદવારોને ઈન્ડિયા પોસ્ટમાં સ્ટાફ કાર ડ્રાઈવરની ભરતી માટે 19900 થી 63200 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ માસનો માસિક પગાર આપવામાં આવશે.

Tea can be harmful: ઘણાં બધા લોકોને સવારમાં ઉઠતાની સાથે ચા પીવાની આદત હોય છે. શરદી-ખાંસી જેવી તકલીફમાં તમે ચા પીઓ છો તો હેલ્થને અનેક ઘણાં ફાયદાઓ થાય છે, પરંતુ તમે ચા કેવી રીતે બનાવો છો એ બહુ મહત્વનું છે.





Tea Making Mistakes: કડકડતી ઠંડીમાં ચા પીવાની મજા આવે છે. ચા પીવાથી શરીરમાં ગરમાવો આવે છે. ગરમાગરમ ચા શરીરમાં ઠંડી ઉડાડવાનું કામ કરે છે. તમે જાણતા હશો કે ચા બનાવવી પણ એક કળા છે. આમ વાત કરવામાં આવે તો ચા કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિ બનાવી શકે છે, પરંતુ તમે કેવી ચા બનાવો છે એ બહુ મહત્વનું છે. સામાન્ય રીતે આપણે ચા બનાવતી વખતે નાની-મોટી ભૂલો કરી બેસતા હોઇએ છીએ જેના કારણે સ્વાસ્થ્યને ફાયદાની જગ્યાએ નુકસાન થાય છે. આમ, મોટાભાગના લોકો ચા બનાવે ત્યારે પાણી, દૂધ તેમજ ચા પત્તી બધુ એક સાથે નાખીને ઉકાળતા હોય છે. આ એક મોટી ભૂલ છે.



દરેક લોકોના રસોડામાં બનતી ચાનો સ્વાદ અલગ-અલગ હોય છે. કોઇને આદુ વાળી ચા ભાવે છે તો કોઇને સાદી, આમ ચા પણ અલગ-અલગ પ્રકારે બનતી હોય છે. પરંતુ તમને જણાવી દઇએ કે ચા માત્ર સ્વાદના હિસાબથી જ નહીં, પરંતુ હેલ્થને ફાયદો થાય એ રીતે પણ બનાવવી જોઇએ.


પરફેક્ટ ચા બનાવવા માટે સૌથી પહેલાં દૂધને એક પેનમાં લઇ લો.


હવે આ દૂધને ઉકાળી લો.


પછી એક બીજા પેનમાં એક કપ પાણી ઉકાળવા માટે મુકી દો.


પાણી ઉકળવા લાગે એટલે એમાં એક ચમચી ચા પત્તી નાખો. આ સાથે આદુ, ઇલાયચી તેમજ તુલસી જેવા બીજા અનેક પ્રકારના મસાલા તમારા હિસાબથી તમે નાખી શકો છો.


માત્ર 5 મિનિટ મિડીયમ ફ્લેમ પર થવા દો.


ત્યારબાદ અડધો કપથી વધારે દૂધ નાખો અને એક ચમચી ખાંડ મિક્સ કરો.


આ ચાને હાઇ ફ્લેમ પર 2 થી 3 માટે ઉકળવા દો. ચાનો ઉભરો ત્યારે ગેસની ફ્લેમ ફાસ્ટ તેમજ ધીમી કરતા રહો. આમ કરવાથી ઉભરાશે નહીં.


હવે ગેસ બંધ કરી દો.


ચા બનાવવાની આ પરફેક્ટ રીત છે.


સામાન્ય રીતે ચા બનાવવાની પરફેક્ટ રીત એ છે કે તમે ચા પત્તી અને કોઇ ફ્લેવરના મસાલા પાણીમાં નાખીને ઉકાળીને ગાળી લો.


ત્યારબાદ ગરમ કરેલુ દૂધ અને ખાંડ એક સાથે મિક્સ કરો. આ ચા પીવાથી હેલ્થને કોઇ નુકસાન થતુ નથી.


6 મિનિટ કરતા વધારે સમય સુધી ચા ઉકાળશો નહી.

વારંવાર ચા પત્તીનો ઉપયોગ કરશો નહીં.

૧. જેમ શરીર પર થયેલા ઘા રૂઝવવા સૂકી હળદર નો લેપ કરાય છે એમ લીલી હળદર શરીરની અંદરના કોષોનું રીપેરીંગ કરે છે.

પંપસેટ સહાય યોજનાનો ઉદેશ્ય

પં૫સેટ સહાય યોજના ખેડૂતો માટે આ યોજના બહાર પાડેલ છે. રાજ્યમાં Pumpset sahay yojana ખેડૂતો ને બાગાયતી ખેતી તરફ વળે અને વધુ ઉત્પાદન મેળવીને સારી કમાણી કરી શકે તે અત્યંત જરૂરી છે. બાગાયતી પાકોમાં પાણીના પંપ દ્વારા પાક કે છોડને પાણી પાઈ શકે તે માટે આ સાધન સહાય આપવામાં આવે છે.

આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટેની પાત્રતા

કૃષિ ખેડૂત કલ્યાણ અને સહકાર વિભાગ દ્વારા આ યોજનાનો લાભ આપવામાં આવે છે. આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે Online Application આઈ-ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ પરથી કરવાની રહેશે. લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતોને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે બાગાયતિ વિભાગ દ્વારા પાત્રતા નક્કી કરેલી છે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે.

• ગુજરાત રાજ્યનો અરજદાર હોવો જોઈએ.
• લાભાર્થી ખેડૂત હોવો જોઈએ.
• આ યોજનાનો લાભ ફકત આણંદ, ભરૂચ, સુરત, વલસાડ, નવસારી, નર્મદા, તાપી, વડોદરા, પંચમહાલ, ખેડા જિલ્લાઓના નાગરિકોને આપવામાં આવશે.
• આ યોજના હેઠળ સાધનની ખરીદી અધિકૃત વિક્રેતા પાસેથી ખેડુતે ખરીદી કરવાની રહેશે.
• લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતે આ યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન કરવાની રહેશે.

પંપસેટ સહાય યોજનામાં મળતો લાભ

ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ પરથી આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે Online Arji કરવાની હોય છે. Bagayati Vibhag દ્વારા આ યોજનાનો લાભ આપવામાં આવે છે. જેમાં પાણીના પંપસેટની ખરીદી પર સહાય આપવામાં આવે છે. આ યોજનામાં લાભની વિગતો નીચે મુજબ છે.

આ યોજના ફકત આણંદ, ભરૂચ, સુરત, વલસાડ, નવસારી, નર્મદા, તાપી, વડોદરા, પંચમહાલ, ખેડા જિલ્લાઓ માટે જ અમલમાં છે.

• ખેડૂતો લાભાર્થીઓને મહત્તમ 10 HP સુધીના પંપસેટની કિંમતના 50 % કે વધુમાં વધુ રૂ.15000/-ની મર્યાદા સહાય મળશે.
• આ યોજનાનો લાભ ઓછામાં ઓછા 2 હેક્ટરનું વાવેતર જરુરી છે.
• આ યોજનામાં વાવેતર કર્યાના બીજાવર્ષે સહાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
• આ યોજનામાં અરજી કરવા માટેના દસ્તાવેજોખેડૂતની 7/12 ની જમીનની નકલ
• અરજદારનું આધારકાર્ડની નકલ (Aadhar Card)
• જો ખેડૂત લાભાર્થી SC જ્ઞાતિનો હોય તો જાતિનું સર્ટિફિકેટ
• જો ખેડૂત લાભાર્થી ST જ્ઞાતિનો હોય તો જાતિનું સર્ટિફિકેટ
• રેશનકાર્ડની નકલ (Ration Card)

અરજી કઈ રીતે કરવી?

પં૫સેટ સહાય યોજના હેઠળ બાગાયતી યોજનાનો લાભ આપવામાં આવે છે. ખેડૂતોએ Ikhedut Portal પરથી Online Arji કરવાની રહેશે છે. ખેડૂતો Pumpset sahay yojana ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન ઘરે બેઠા જાતે પણ કરી શકે છે. તથા ગ્રામ પંચાયત ખાતેથી VCE (Village Computer Entrepreneur) દ્વારા પણ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી શકે છે.પં૫સેટ સહાય યોજના ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન કેવી કરવી તેની Step By Step માહિતી નીચે મુજબ છે.

• સૌપ્રથમ Google Search માં “Ikhedut Portal” ટાઈપ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• જેમાં Google Search માં જે રીઝલ્ટ આવે તેમાંથી https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/ વેબસાઈટ ખોલવી.
• Ikhedut Portal ખોલ્યા બાદ “પં૫સેટ સહાય યોજના” પર ક્લિક કરવું.
• તેમાં યોજના પર Click કર્યા પછી ક્રમ નંબર-3 પર “બાગાયતી યોજનાઓ” ખોલવું.
• “Bagayati Yojana” ખોલ્યા પછી જ્યાં વિવિધ બાગાયતી યોજના બતાવશે.
• જેમાં “ડીઝલ/ ઇલેક્ટ્રીક/પેટ્રોલ પં૫સેટ– (ઓઇલપામ HRT –6)” માં “અરજી કરો” તેના પર ક્લિક કરીને વેબસાઈટ ખોલવાની રહેશે.
• ત્યાર બાદ તમને પૂછવામાં આવશે કે તમે રજીસ્ટર અરજદાર ખેડૂત છો? જેમાં જો તમે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોય તો “હા” અને નથી કર્યું તો “ના” કરવાનું રહેશે.
• જો તમે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોય તો આધારકાર્ડ નંબર અને મોબાઈલ નંબર નાખ્યા બાદ Captcha Image નાખીને અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
• લાભાર્થીએ Ikhedut Portal પર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ નથી તો ‘ના’ સિલેકટ કરીને ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
• લાભાર્થી ખેડૂતે ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશનમાં સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી ભર્યા બાદ અરજી સેવ કરો એના પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• ત્યાર બાદ લાભાર્થીએ ફરીથી વિગતો ચેક કરીને અરજી કન્‍ફર્મ કરવાની રહેશે. એક વાર અરજી કન્‍ફર્મ થયા બાદ અરજી નંબરમાં કોઈ સુધારો કે વધારો થશે નહિં તેની નોંધ લેવી.
• લાભાર્થીએ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ પોતાની અરજીના આધારે પ્રિ‍ન્‍ટ મેળવી શકશે.
• ખેડૂતો દ્વારા પ્રિન્‍ટ મેળવ્યા બાદ સહી-સિક્કા કરાવવાના રહેશે.
• ત્યારબાદ Ikhedut Portal પર માંગ્યા મુજબના Document અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.

With a new approach to make citizens healthy through yoga practice in the state, for the first time, a state-wide Surya Namaskar Maha Abhiyan has been launched through Gujarat State Yoga Board which will be held till 1st January 2024.


Under which a Sun Salutation competition has been organized in the entire state from 6th December to 31st December. The registration of this competition to be held at the state level starting from village / school and ward level will be done through online link. This registration link has been launched today by Minister of Youth Services and Culture Harsh Sanghvi.

Yoga competition will be organized in more than 20 thousand places in the state


Youth Services and Culture Minister Harsh Sanghvi, giving more details about this, said that yoga competition will be organized in more than 20 thousand places in the entire state and prizes worth more than 2 crores will be given to the yoga contestants. As part of this statewide Surya Namaskar Maha Abhiyan, Surya Namaskar competition has been organized in the entire state from 6th to 31st December. In which the competition will be held at the state level starting from the village / school / ward level. The registration of which will be done through online link.

To participate in this competition, online registration can be done from 06 to 12 December 2023. Village and Napa / Manpa ward level competition will be held on December 15, Taluka and Zone level competition on December 19, District and Municipal level competition on December 24 and State level competition on December 29.

The winner will be awarded


The minister added that the category of the competition has been divided into three parts according to age. In which citizens aged 09 to 18 years, 19 to 40 years and above 41 years can participate. In which category wise winners at village / school / ward level will get cash Rs.101, taluka / municipality / zone level winners will get Rs. 1000 and the first brother and first sister who won at district and municipal level will get Rs. 21,000/- to third brother and sister Rs. 15,000/- and third brother and sister Rs. 11,000 cash prize will be given.

A digital certificate will be given to the participant
Giving more information, the minister said that the first winner brother and sister to win at the state level will get Rs. 2,50,000/-, third brother and sister Rs. 1,75,000/- and third brother and sister Rs. 1,00,000/- cash prize will be given. Apart from this, all the participants will be given a digital certificate.

Organized programs at around 190 locations at district/metropolitan and municipal level
The Minister added that after the completion of the competition, a Surya Namaskar program has been organized on 1-January-2024 at Modhera-Surya Mandir, Mehsana in the presence of Lord Surya Narayana, worshiping the Surya Deity through Surya Namaskar with the first sun ray of the new year. In which a grand felicitation ceremony will be held for the state level winners. Not only that, on the same day, programs have been organized at around 190 places across the state at the district/metropolitan and municipal levels. Surya Namaskar programs will be held in which a large number of citizens will participate and worship the sun god to welcome the rays of the new year sun.

ડાર્ક સર્કલ દૂર કરવા સરળ : આંખોની આસપાસની ત્વચા ખૂબ જ પાતળી હોય છે, જેના કારણે ત્વચાને નુકસાન થવાનું જોખમ પણ વધારે હોય છે. ઊંઘ ન આવવાથી અથવા આંખોને ઘસવાથી, સૂર્યપ્રકાશના સંપર્કમાં, કેમિકલ ઉત્પાદનો અથવા ભેજના અભાવથી પણ ડાર્ક સર્કલ થાય છે.


જ્યારે ડાર્ક સર્કલ હોય ત્યારે આંખો ચહેરાથી બિલકુલ અલગ દેખાવા લાગે છે અને આંખોની આસપાસ કાળાશ દેખાવા લાગે છે. જો તમે પણ આ આંખના કુંડાળાથી પરેશાન છો, તો અહીં જાણો કે આ ડાર્ક સ્પોટ્સને હળવા કરવા માટે તમે ઘીનો ઉપયોગ કેવી રીતે કરી શકો છો અને કયા ઘરેલું ઉપચાર અસરકારક સાબિત થાય છે.






ડાર્ક સર્કલ હળવા કરવા માટે ઘી લગાવો

ઘી અને હળદર આંખોની નીચે દેખાતા ડાર્ક સ્પોટ્સને હળવા કરવામાં અદ્ભુત અસર કરી શકે છે. એક ચમચી ઘીમાં 2 ચપટી હળદર મિક્સ કરો. આ મિશ્રણને આંગળીઓની મદદથી આંખના કુંડાળા પર લગાવો. 20 થી 25 મિનિટ સુધી ઘી અને હળદર લગાવ્યા બાદ આંખોને ધોઈ લો. ઘી અને હળદરનું આ મિશ્રણ ત્વચાને હાઇડ્રેટ કરે છે અને ડાર્ક સર્કલ હળવા થવા લાગે છે.

ઘી અને ચણાનો લોટ

અડધી ચમચી દેશી ઘીમાં એક ચતુર્થાંશ ચમચી ચણાનો લોટ અને એક ચપટી હળદર ઉમેરો અને બધું બરાબર મિક્સ કરો. જો તમે ઈચ્છો તો તેમાં લીંબુના રસના 2-4 ટીપાં ઉમેરી શકો છો. જો તમારી ત્વચા વધુ સંવેદનશીલ હોય તો લીંબુનો રસ ન નાખો. હવે આ પેસ્ટને તમારી આંખોની નીચે આંખના કુંડાળા પર લગાવો. તે પછી, તેને 15 થી 20 મિનિટ માટે છોડી દો, પછી સામાન્ય પાણીથી ત્વચાને સાફ કરો. યોગ્ય પરિણામો માટે તેનો નિયમિત ઉપયોગ જરૂરી છે.

મસૂર દાળ અને ઘી

ઘી ક્લીન્સર તરીકે કામ કરે છે અને મસૂર દાળ એક્સ્ફોલિયેશનમાં મદદ કરે છે. દાળને પલાળીને સારી રીતે પીસીને તેની સ્મૂધ પેસ્ટ બનાવો અને તેમાં અડધી ચમચી ઘી ઉમેરો. હવે આ બંનેમાંથી તૈયાર કરેલા મિશ્રણને તમારી આંખોની નીચેની ડાર્ક સર્કલ જગ્યા પર લગાવો અને તમારી આંગળીઓથી હળવા દબાણથી આંખોની આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં 1 થી 2 મિનિટ સુધી મસાજ કરો. તે પછી તેને લગભગ 10 મિનિટ સુધી રાખો, પછી તેને સામાન્ય પાણીથી સાફ કરો. યોગ્ય પરિણામો માટે તેનો નિયમિત ઉપયોગ કરો.

ઘી, હળદર અને મુલતાની માટી

હળદર અને ઘીનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની બીજી રીત છે. આ માટે અડધી ચમચી હળદર અને અડધી ચમચી ઘી સાથે એક ચમચી ગુલાબજળ અને મુલતાની માટી મિક્સ કરીને પેસ્ટ તૈયાર કરો. આ પેસ્ટને ડાર્ક સર્કલની આસપાસ સારી રીતે લગાવો અને 20 મિનિટ પછી ધોઈ લો. તેની અસર ડાર્ક સર્કલ ઘટાડવામાં જોવા મળશે.

બટાકાનો રસ

ડાર્ક સર્કલને હળવા કરવામાં બટાકાની પણ સારી અસર છે. આ માટે બટાકાને છીણીને તેનો રસ કાઢો. આ રસમાં રૂનો ટુકડો બોળીને આંખોની નીચે ડાર્ક સર્કલ પર લગાવો અને 10 થી 15 મિનિટ પછી આંખોને ધોઈ લો. આ રસ અઠવાડિયામાં 3 થી 4 વખત વાપરી શકાય છે.

હળદર અને દૂધ

એક ચપટી હળદરમાં દૂધના થોડા ટીપાં મિક્સ કરીને આંખો પર લગાવો. આ મિશ્રણ આંખોની ડાર્ક સર્કલ આસપાસની ત્વચાને ભેજ પણ પ્રદાન કરે છે અને ત્વચાને ચમકદાર બનાવે છે. તેની અસર ડાર્ક સર્કલ ઘટાડવામાં જોવા મળશે.

ઘી અને મધ

એક ચતુર્થાંશ ચમચી ઘીમાં લગભગ એક ચતુર્થાંશ ચમચી મધ મિક્સ કરો. હવે તેને સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરીને તમારી આંખોના નીચેના ડાર્ક સર્કલ ભાગ પર લગાવો. ઉપરાંત, જો તમે ઇચ્છો, તો તમે તેને તમારી આખી ત્વચા પર લગાવી શકો છો. તે માત્ર ડાર્ક સર્કલ જ નહીં પરંતુ ડાર્ક સ્પોટ્સ પણ ઘટાડે છે અને ત્વચાને કુદરતી ચમક આપે છે. યોગ્ય પરિણામો માટે તેને નિયમિતપણે લાગુ કરો.
