Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Gujarat from October 9 to 11, 2022, attending several programs and finalizing and inaugurating development works worth crores.

As the reverberations of elections in Gujarat have intensified, Prime Minister Modi's visits to Gujarat have also increased. PM Modi is again coming to Gujarat to give the gift of government works before the announcement of Gujarat elections and code of conduct in which for three consecutive days the Prime Minister will make various launches in different districts of Gujarat and will also address large gatherings. Earlier, when PM Modi came, he covered three big cities like Bhavnar, Ahmedabad and Surat. This time there are programs in Rajkot, Jamnagar, Mehsana, Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. Today, on the first day of the tour, PM Modi gifted development works worth Rs 3092 crore to Mehsana district. PM Modi had darshan of Modeshwari Mataji after the launch and Khatmuhurta program. After which Modhera reached Surya Mandir and launched the light and sound gold.

After inaugurating various development works in Mehsana, PM Modi visited Kuldevi Modeshwari Mata and offered prayers and blessings. A road show was held from Modhera Surya Mandir to Modeshwari Mataji Mandir.

When PM Modi left for Mehsana from Ahmedabad airport, PM Modi
has arrived in Gujarat on a three-day Gujarat tour. At Ahmedabad Airport, Governor Acharya Devvrat, CM Bhupendra Patel, BJP State President CR Patil welcomed him enthusiastically. After arriving at Ahmedabad Airport today, Prime Minister Modi has left for Modhera directly. Addressing a massive gathering at Mehsana, he will inaugurate and inaugurate various development projects worth over Rs.2890 crore. After which PM Modi will declare Modhera as the first BESS Solar Powered Village and will open light and sound show in Surya Mandir after taking the blessings of Modeshwari Mataji and will spend the night in Gandhinagar.
Inauguration of Rs.1145.64 Crore Developments Among
These developments, Sabarmati-Jagudan Gauge Conversion (53.43 km) will be inaugurated at a cost of Rs.511 crore, which is a part of Ahmedabad-Mehsana Gauge Conversion Project (68.78 km). Also, the ONGC-Nandasan surface facility will be launched at a cost of Rs.336 crore. Besides, among the developments that will be launched, M.S. Pipeline Project, Modhera Solar Village, Dharoi Dam based Vadnagar, Kheralu and Dharoi Group Reform Scheme, Becharaji-Modhera-Chanasma Road, Unjha-Dasaj-Upera-Ladol Road Expansion, Regional Training Center (SPIPA) at Mehsana and Light at Modhera Surya Mandir And sound show is included. A total of Rs.1145.64 crore worth of development works were launched.
Along with completion of works worth
Rs.1747.38 crore, 4 lane upgradation of road from Patan to Gozaria of NH-68 at a cost of Rs.1181.34 crore and work of PS highway will also be completed. Apart from this, the works of milk powder plant at a cost of Rs.340 crore, tetra pack plant at a cost of Rs.110 crore and water treatment plant at a cost of Rs.106 crore will also be decommissioned. Construction of bridges on Visnagar-Umta-Sundhia-Kheralu road will also be postponed. All together, works worth Rs.1747.38 crores will be executed. Thus, Mehsana has received a gift of development works worth Rs.2893.02 crore.
On Monday, Prime Minister Modi will hold two meetings in Amod and Adalaj and in the evening will also address Jamnagar and spend the night there. A massive meeting has been organized in Jayesh Raddia's stronghold Jamkandorana on Tuesday in which more than one and a half lakh people are claimed to attend. After that Prime Minister Modi will leave for Madhya Pradesh after completing a program in Ahmedabad Civil.
