ઉપર્યુકત વિષય પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે, શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સંદર્ભર્શિત ઠરાવથી વિધાસહાયક/ પ્રામિક
શિક્ષકના બદલી નિયમો પ્રસિદ્ધ ક૨વામાં આવેલ છે. જે અન્વયે ચાલુ વર્ષે આ કચેરીના તા.22/08/2023 ના
કચેરી આદેશથી તા.31/07/2023 ની સ્થિતિએ મંજૂર થયેલ મહેકમ અનુસા૨ નીચે જણાવેલ સમયગાળા
દરમ્યાન આપના જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ Áમતિ હસ્તક ફરજ બજાવતાં વિદ્યાસહાયક/પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકના વધ-ઘટ
બદલી કેમ્પનું આયોજન કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. વધ-ઘટ બદલી કેમ્પમાં સંદર્ભદર્શિત ઠરાવનો અભ્યાસ કરી
લાગુ પડતી જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ કાર્યવાહી ક૨વાની રહેશે.

શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સંદર્ભદર્શિત ઠરાવના પ્રકરણ-H ની જોગવાઈઓને ધ્યાને લઈ ચાલુ વર્ષે
તા.31/07/2023ની સ્થિતિએ મંજુર કરેલ મહેકમ ક૨તાં વધા૨ાના ફરજ બજાવતાં પ્રાર્થોમક શિક્ષક/
વિદ્યાસહાયકને વધ ગણી વધ પડતાં પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક/વિદ્યાસહાયકના વધ-ઘટ કેમ્પમાં હુકમ કરવાના રહેશે.
તા:-31/07/2023ની સ્થિતિએ મંજુ૨ મહેકમ મુજબ વિધાસહાયક/પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકને જિલ્લામાં સ૨ભ૨
કર્યા બાદ જે જિલ્લામાં શિક્ષકો વધ પડતા હોય તે શિક્ષકોની આ સાથે સામેલ નિયત નમુના મુજબના પત્રમાં વિગતો તથા વધ ઘટ કેમ્પની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ સંદર્ભદર્શિત ઠરાવના પ્રકરણ:- H(19)માં ક૨વામાં આવેલ જોગવાઇ મુજબ પરિશિષ્ટ-૪ મુજબ વિભાગ/વિષયવાર ખાલી રહેતી જગ્યાની વિગતો તા:-17/09/2023 સુધીમાં આ કચેરીને મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. વધુમાં, આપના જિલ્લા/નગ૨માં જે શિક્ષકોની જિલ્લા ઓનલાઇન આંતરિક બદલી/જિલ્લાફેર બદલીમાં બદલીનો હુકમ થયેલ છે પરંતુ સંદર્ભદર્શિત ઠરાવ-૧ ના પ્રકરણ-F માં કરવામાં આવેલ જોગવાઇ મુજબ જે કિસ્સામાં બદલી પામેલ શિક્ષકને છુટા કરેલ નથી તે જગ્યા ખાલી દર્શાવવી અને જયાં હુકમ થયેલ છે પરંતુ શિક્ષક હાજ૨ થયેલ નથી. તે જગ્યા ભરેલી ગણવાની રહેશે તે ધ્યાને રાખી વધ ઘટ કેમ્પમાં જગ્યાઓ દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.જો કોઇ જિલ્લામાં કોઇ પણ જગ્યા માટે નામ.હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા વચગાળાના હુકમથી જે તે જગ્યા ખાલી રાખવા માટે હુકમ કરેલ હોય અને કેસનો આખરી ચુકાદો આવવાનો બાકી હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં નામ.હાઇકોર્ટના આદેશાનુસાર કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધ૨વાની રહેશે. જેથી નામ.હાઈકોર્ટની અવમાનનાનો પ્રશ્ન ઉપસ્થિત ન થાય.
